Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Peruvian / Japanese restaurant and natural lakes that are inside those caves. The room was great and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The service was excellent and the food was high quality.

The resort is located in a beautiful bay with easy access to a clean beach about 40 minutes away. the two, bedroom suites are spacious and comfortable with state, of, the, art technology. the staff is exceptional, especially the concierge service who is always readily available. the pools and beach are secluded, quiet, and upscale with excellent service. Food options are healthy and delicious. the spa and fitness center are great facilities.

Some dishes may not be available for those on the meal plan, and extra charges may apply, causing some confusion.

Amazing service and great rooms. We received a complimentary upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The beach and pool were both excellent, perfect for our relaxing city break. It was also conveniently close to the airport. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and the complimentary bikes and golf cart to explore the area.

Some aspects were overpriced, including drinks which were expensive. It could have been better managed.
